JOB RESPONSIBILITIES may include but are not limited to:
- Managing company calendar and scheduling;
- Providing administrative support to CEO and Executives;
- Facilitating task coordination across teams and departments;
- Conducting research and database management;
- Attending networking events like film festivals and awards (if living in Los Angeles);
- Assisting in presentation material development.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Currently enrolled in a school majoring in business admin., entertainment management, film/TV-related, or possess relevant work experience in those fields.
- Knowledgeable about film/TV shows and genres, with a strong interest in learning about the entertainment industry.
- Demonstrates extreme passion and curiosity about the entertainment industry.
- Ability to follow instructions with a “nothing-is-too-small” attitude.
- Proactive, expressive, and unafraid to share opinions, with the capability to work independently or within a team.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Outstanding communication skills.
- Capable of anticipating needs and adapting to changes in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy in task execution.
- Demonstrates the ability to grow and forge new relationships.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong understanding of maintaining confidentiality.
