Social Media Marketing & Management

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES may include but are not limited to:

  • Supporting daily administrative functions, including the development and upkeep of databases, distribution lists, mailing lists, and filing systems.
  • Assisting managers with various tasks throughout the day, including organizing files, contracts, legal documents, and managing scheduling and calendars.
  • Electronically submitting clients and researching audition opportunities.
  • Sending audition notices to clients and keeping schedules updated.
  • Communicating with casting and production offices, agents, and clients.
  • Assisting the social media team in overseeing the company’s social media channels.
  • Participating in talent outreach meetings, drafting memos, and contributing to events


  • Enrollment in an Entertainment or Marketing or Communication or Management-related major or relevant work experience in the Film/TV industry.
  • Familiarity with film/TV shows, genres, and a keen interest in learning about the entertainment industry.
  • Demonstrated passion and curiosity for the entertainment sector.
  • Ability to follow instructions with a proactive, “nothing-is-too-small” attitude.
  • Self-starter mentality with proactive and expressive communication skills, comfortable sharing opinions and capable of working independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong attention to detail and adept at managing multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Capacity to anticipate needs and adapt to changes in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure.
  • Aptitude for building and nurturing relationships.
  • Superior interpersonal skills, coupled with a keen understanding of the importance of maintaining confidentiality
